DIY: American Flag Shorts

Ok as you all know I have been on DIY Frenzy! I have seen several images and videos on DIY American Flag Shorts. So I instantly was inspired. I stumbled across these shorts online and I fell in LOVE!

So I decided to give it a try. This is what I got!
